St. Patrick's Day is an annual celebration on March 17th. The origins of St. Patricks Day started in the 9th century to honor the death of St. Patrick, but the first celebration in America was in St. Augustine. In the begining St. Patricks Day was a day of feasting now it is celebrated by parads and parties.
Although St. Patricks Day doesn't really have songs about it the music around the holiday is commonly traditional Irish instrumental music.
Around the World many people celebrate St. Patricks Day differently in Ireland the tradition has mostly stayed the same but some cities like Chicago dye their rivers green.
