After this you will then most likely become board certified and become a dermatologist. The starting salary is anywhere from $180,000-$350,000. The median pay is $530,700-$650,000. And the top performers can make $1,000,000 in lucrative places like Florida and California.

A dermatologist scans the skin including nails, scalp, and the typical skin throughout your body. They also help with prescribing prescriptions for acne, skin cancer, and more. Often people forget that dermatologist deal with problems like alopecia and ingrown nails. They also do some cosmetic procedures like Botox and laser tattoo removal.
